Summary: The house was beautiful, looks new, and very clean. Pictures in the listing are accurate. Hot tub was wonderful, would fit 3-4 comfortably but seats 5. The fireplace was nice to enjoy in the evening and the chairs on the porch for enjoying coffee in the morning. There were a few board games to enjoy. LargeTVs in every bedroom. Beds were very comfortable. Wifi worked great. Bathrooms were clean with nice walk in showers (no tubs if that matters to you). Kitchen has lots of plates, silverwear, glasses, pots and pans. We cooked a lot and found there aren't any mixing bowls and only 2 rectangular baking dishes for serving. Overall, we made do with what was there though. Keurig is a nice one! Check in/ entry code info was automatically sent a day before by text, we were able to check in early (they texted us to let us know it was ready early). Check out was also super simple by automatic text. Location very convenient to Pigeon forge and gatlinburg. Highly recommend this home.

Summary: Location was easy to access with parking for 3-4 vehicles. We stayed for Thanksgiving and the full kitchen provided plenty of counter space for dishes and cooking. Look forward to staying here again. If guests are staying upstairs, keep the ceiling fan running or all the heat will be trapped upstairs.

Summary: Beds and furniture were very comfy. The hot tub and deck were very relaxing and used every day by every member of our party. High end appliances made clean up and meal prepping easy. I loved the pots so much I’m getting same ones for home.

Summary: Many positives but one big negative. Unfortunately there was a wet/mildew smell the entire week we were there. We reported it but the manager had no response. Despite the smell the place had many positives. It’s was clean, good location, plenty of room, lots of updates, and nice and quiet.

Summary: Great location, quick into Pigeon Forge, or GSMNP. Super new & clean. One warning, this recent construction has very few rustic, “cabin” elements (despite the requisite black bear decor items), but it’s all super new & comfortable. Great hot tub, easily accessible on a covered porch. The road wraps around the location, but it’s very low traffic, so wasn’t a detriment to our enjoyment. We had a couple small issues: low flow/pressure in kitchen sink, and a non-functional gas insert in the fireplace. Walked me through cleaning well grit out of faucet filter (would have sent someone over, but happy to do it myself as it was quick & easy), but we were informed the fireplace wasn’t available after March (despite our early April cold snap). That was disappointing, as it would have made our evenings in a bit more cozy & comfortable. Great space, great location, solid amenities, responsive management.

Summary: Property is very nice and clean. Area is secluded but yet convenient drive to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Home is equipped with everything you may need and plenty of glasses and plates to eat-in. Would definitely recommend this property!
